"There are 3 undefeated teams left in the league but I'm giving the nod to the Tots as the #1 team in the league because they were a top 3 scoring team and won a big matchup against GET OUT! Is Javonte a true workhorse? Because it seems like they are going to run him like it was his rookie year and all the hype is back and with over 20 points he produced.
Odunze appears to have become an alpha on his team putting up 28 points and the tots scored up and down their roster. This team could sneakily be building depth as well because this week saw about 35 points from their Taxi squad while no one was looking. And, top 3 in scoring with some under performances. Are the tots for real? Or are they a cheesy farce?"
"Potentially a controversial pick for #1, but there is some logic behind it. This team is just full of DAWGS, so much so that they might always have at least one non-QB player on their bench that goes for 15+ points. Assuming Josh Allen stays healthy, it's really hard imagining a world where this team isn't top 3 in record and PF by end of season."
"Without fact-checking (because that's boring) Fuzzy could have been the highest scoring team in the league but they decided to start Justin Fields (the fantasy community is kicking themselves for being stupid), over Sam Darnold. They started Chase Brown over Antonio Gibson and Cedric Tillman over Hunter Renfrow. For those misdeeds, they are being punished and staying at #2 for the week. Meanwhile, Nacua and Nabers put up 60 points on their own as the Fuzzy Logic put the smacketh down."
"Fuzzy Logic is somehow 2-0, #2 in PF through 2 weeks, and appears to have 2 of the best young stud WRs on their roster. Why are they not ranked #1 for me? Well, because this team just feels like a mirage that is going to crash down at any point. For example, this team barely snuck a win over the reigning champs in week 1 all because of a down week from Ja'Maar Chase, and this past week, they barely got a win over the previously ranked #11 team (and would have lost if 1-Putt played their other QB). Oh, and they traded a haul for a RB upgrade in Chase Brown just for Brown to get a season long handicap with Burrow's injury. This just feels like the peak of Fuzzy Logic's season, and will be hovering between ranks 4 and 8 praying for a spot in the playoffs by season's end."
"I feel like ranking the top 3 teams could have went any-which-way but, at the roll of my 3-sided die, Codycast slots in at #3 as they gutted one out over last weeks #1 and most bi-polar of the coaches, Scumdogs. Burrow going down Hurts the team a lot but they do have Browning and Stafford in the wings. Can they put up points like Burrow is the question, or will they just be salvageable is the other questions? Jonathan Taylor, CMC and Gibbs dominated and lead this team to victory while burrow was nursing his bad toe and even with a stinky Golden and Andrews this team cruised to victory."
"Codycast has probably the quietest 2-0 start we've ever seen in this league. Well, I'm here to change that: Codycast is here and is a problem. JT, CMC, and Gibbs is a menace of an RB room. Deebo appears to have found the fountain of youth. Garrett Wilson has shown he can dominate. And Golden should only get better as the season goes along. Arguably the biggest issue this team has is relying on Mark Andrews as their starting TE (surprised it's not the Burrow injury? We'll get there). Yes, Andrews will have a few games where a TD is caught, but he isn't someone you see on your opponent's roster and get scared over.
As for the Burrow injury, yes it sucks, but Browning should do fine as a replacement and Stafford looks great to start the season."
"Rank 4 is not where this team belongs but record alone is putting them there. NGB is undeniable and unrelenting and they squash opponents like bugs on a windshield. Does it matter that their opponent scored the 3rd most points on the week? No - not when Daniels puts up 23 and Chase puts up almost 30. Kraft and Achane both hitting 22. This team had 4 difference making scores and only 2 sub 10 and if they keep this up they wont even let people look at the crown on their head with coveting glances. Wowsa - what a roster, what a performance."
"Just like the Lions, NGB had a week that clearly states 'this team is fine'. Nearly 160 points on the week while also having single digit points from 2 of their starters? Sheesh. This is the NGB we all know, love, and remember (some fondly, others not so much).
The potential Jayden Daniels injury will be interesting for NGB to navigate, though. Penix might not be the answer if Jayden misses time, but also, this team is so good that it might not matter."
"Dirty Mike has that Dawg in him. Baker put up 22, Bijan 18, Dobbins 15, Chubb 14 and Tracy 20. If you won and lost just based on ball carriers, Dirty Mike says he currently has that on lockdown. However, Let's get some consistency and help from the receiving crew as this season moves on. London, LaPorta and BTJ need to combine for more than 14 points for this team to ascend to elite. Also, your two highest scoring WRs in WanDale and Noel on the bench or taxi isn't fun to look at."
"While there were still a few disappointments on this starting roster, that just means there's still room for improvement. Assuming Dirty Mike is able to get Nico and BTJ to actually perform on a week to week basis, this roster will be threatening to be the top scorer every single week. HartyPGA also did an incredible job getting a key early season victory over Shiva, a victory that might mean a lot come December."
"Garbage. Wasting a 35 point performance from Jackson while Hall went from Goat to choke, Sutton forgot how to catch balls and Jones ended up with a multi-game boo-boo which is going to hurt the Scumdogs during the early stretch. This team has Firepower but lacks consistency. Can they put it all together and stay near the top after week 3?"
"Quick! Someone call Life Alert! The Scumdogs have fallen and may not be able to get back up. Disappointing games from Breece, JJ, Bowers, Sutton, and Aaron Jones were key to this loss, and even more importantly, Breece, JJ, and Aaron Jones might continue to be disappointments as they seem to have a QB problem. On the plus side, Tyreek might not be done yet, Higgins put up decent numbers without Burrow, and Lamar is a fantasy cheat code."
"Drake Maye came to play and throw to Olave, Ridlay and Kincai(d). Get Out put up a good fight against the tots but ultimately what held them back in this matchup was they needed one more great performance and instead Pittman disappeared, Ridley has no connection with his QB and Olave - he has elite traits but man... he just doesn't get there. Playing the What-if game - Bench Pittman and put Rhamandre in and BLAMMO - they win. But ifs and buts are not candy and nuts."
"Even though Get Out is in the lower half of my rankings, there are a lot of positives on this team. Maye looked good, ETN appears to have resurrected his career, Rhamondre reminded everyone that he's actually a good football player, Adams showed he still has it, and Tet looks AMAZING. While I'm not ready to lock Get Out in as a top 6 team, the pieces are there. If Pads can just get some consistent production out of Olave, Pittman, Kincaid, and Ridley, this team absolutely could shock everyone come December.
TL:DR - Only positive vibes for this team even with the lowish ranking."
"The Shiva Blasts - they are getting blasted in my rankings because of this underperformance. King Henry - another Fumble and basically no points. Kyren had his TD vultured and, honestly, I could see this becoming a trend as the season goes on. Old Men Kelce and McLaurin both went under 10 and didn't help the cause.
The Talent is here with this team and this year will be their playoff run - But I am ranking them at 7 to spark their anger and fuel their rage and revenge against their week 3 opponent. Let's Go Blasts!!!"
"To tell you the truth, Shiva was the hardest team for me to rank this week. On one hand, this week's output absolutely sucked and raised a lot of red flags for this roster, but on the other hand, the players that had dud games this week (for the most part) performed extremely well in week 1. Jwv7244 should consider having a team meeting to talk about consistency, because that is the only thing holding this roster back."
"Man, How do you rank a team 10th after they just put up 132 points? Well, luck of the draw and starting with zero wins is going to be the cause. Delta Squad is currently the 4th highest scoring team in the league but they are sitting at 0-2 and this ranking does not reflect where they will probably be by the end of season, this is basically early season struggles and bad matchups. Jordan Love, Sun God, and Cook all putting up week winning performances just isn't enough to get it done when you are facing NGB, you have to be on your best game of the year. So MHJ, Pitts and Hunt are all getting dirty looks from the rest of the team for not holding up their end of the bargain"
"Top 3 in scoring but still losing has to sting. Losing 2 in a row to start the season has to feel even worse. Having half your starters explode while the other half don't even hit 10 points has to sting. Seeing the Sun God and MHJ play hot potato with who is going to disappoint has to be frustrating. This team has the talent to win every week, OneTyrell just has to get all his players to perform at the same time."
"This week Prestige was held back by young players but ultimately it did not matter. Allen and Mason for 6 points as your starting RBs hurts and if they want to compete they need to figure out how to run the ball. Their best player on the week gets all his points on Return yardage and that is just kind of sad and depressing. This team is hanging out in the 'just missed the playoffs' spots and has some issues to fix if they want to improve that ranking and try to make a run. It's like watching the Cowboys. They have some playmakers but they over pay them and don't surround them with enough talent to make a difference."
"Kavontae Turpin is Prestige's early season MVP; Second week in a row Turpin has been the one of the highest scorers on this roster, which says a lot by itself.
While I don't have high hopes for Prestige Worldwide's chances for this year, I truly believe they are set up to win next season with a couple firsts banked plus Rice and Addison hopefully playing a full season. Don't be surprised if this team has a strong end to this season as well."
"This truly hurts as the 1-Putters out did their projections and still didn't have a chance. Herbert did his part but I'm sure Paulie would have felt better if some check-downs went to Hampton and his 3 points. Tuten came through 17 and WHA!!!! Jennings and Washington both woke up but Henry and Okonkwo both tanked and are holding down the rankings near the bottom."
"Tough loss for 1-Putt as they were thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis close to upsetting Fuzzy Logic. Unfortunately, the fantasy football gods don't care who is on your bench when determining results for the week. On the positive side, it's nice to see some of this team's young talent getting opportunities in a game, even if some of those opportunities are only on kick/punt returns. Tuten is looking like a steal, and should help solidify this RB tandem. I can't believe I'm saying it, but all signs are pointing to 1-Putt Nine being competitive as early as next year if they can get some solid WR starters on this roster."
"Ummm. Alright, I'm going to do some soul searching and see if I can look up and down the roster and find something positive to say about this 48 point performance without talking crap about how badly the team played.
They made the wrong choice at QB (10 points) They made the wrong choice at RB (11 points) Multiple wrong choices at WR (25 points) and they made the wrong choice at TE (0.7 points). So, yeah - The positive is that if they made better choices they would have almost doubled their performance on the week and been in a competitive match-up. I guess that's something."
"ScotchnWhiskers had a ROUGH week. Every other team in the league at least doubled this team's output, with 1 team tripling Scotch's points scored. Not a single non-QB starter hit 10 points on the week, and some of these players are habitual offenders. In order to turn things around, ScotchnWhiskers has to pray their rookie RBs figure out how to play in the NFL and the Hurts/AJ Brown stack actually produces."
